IGNITE

This career development program was created for students to improve their interviewing skills, to provide networking opportunities, and to connect students with potential employers. IGNITE was originally conceived for majors in the Department of Management and the Department of Marketing, but it has been expanded to include all departments and majors in the Jones College of Business (JCOB).  JCOB majors can join IGNITE and earn a certificate while completing career development activities. B.E.S.T. Career & Internship Fair 2025
(Business Exchange for Student Talent)

Tuesday, March 25, 2025 //  10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location:  Student Union Ballroom

• Meet employers seeking College of Business majors for professional positions and internships. All Jones College of Business majors are invited to attend! 
• Updated room map is here: BEST 2025. Current list of Career Fair companies are listed by Table Number.
• The Supply Chain Management Career Fair has been combined with the BEST career fair.  BEST is bigger than ever, with more companies and more available jobs!
• This is a structured career fair. Here is the career fair schedule: 2025 BEST Career Fair
• Free Professional Portraits (Head Shots) for the first 60 students from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.  The portraits will be digital photos suitable for online use.
• Recommendations for students:
  • Wear professional attire (business formal)
  • Bring several copies of your resume
  • Bring a notebook and pen

We are pleased to announce that the fourth annual Supply Chain Summit has been scheduled.  Come hear from industry representatives as they lead in-depth discussions on a variety of relevant supply chain issues.  This event is sponsored by the MTSU Supply Chain Management student organization.

Institute of Leadership of Excellence
The Institute of Leadership Excellence is a leadership development course for undergraduate students. This unique immersion experience is held during the May S1 term. For more information, visit the ILE webpage.
